Launching Your Real Estate Career – Keller Williams Ignite

At Keller Williams, Ignite training is the new agent training course that helps our agents get on track and get started in their careers the right way.  Ignite is for new agents, agents new to KW, and those who choose to grow their business to capping. It has one simple objective: to propel agents into immediate productivity.  The course consists of twelve sessions called “Power Sessions”, Taught in your market center by qualified faculty who are also successful business owners that teach the fundamental skills valuable to all agents at any stage of their careers, not just in the beginning.  The course teaches how to grow your book of business, get appointments and adopt successful habits.

This course contains a wealth of fundamental and foundational real estate content, enhanced by productivity-based exercises, an online tracking system, practical job aids, and powerful scripts from Dianna Kokoszka, CEO of KW Maps Coaching.  You’ll learn everything you need to know from setting the first appointment to closing the deal.

Objectives of these real estate training courses include:

Power Session 11: Close The Deal
Power Session 12: Ignition: Blast Off!

We teach The Daily 10/4, adding 10 people to your database, connect with 10 people from your data base, write ten handwritten notes to your database every day and preview 10 homes every week to get to know your market.

The goal is to get new agents in a position to close 16 transactions during their first year in the business.

Online videos and supporting materials are available and the course is taught in a classroom setting.  Agents report their numbers at each session to stay on track.
